As established in 10.000 m2 closed and 80.000 m2 open area, our production foundation has capacity of producing 120 tons per day and 55.000 tons per year with the machine speed of 350 m/min and 2900 mm bobin width.

Scrap of paper provided from our region and around forms our raw material of production. Scrap of paper came from providers is arranged orderly in our stock area by Operator accompanied with quality control personel. Later, these are carried and included in production.

Working by considering control in every phase of production, in AKASAN, scrap of paper is being tested by laborants coordinated with producing crew in every phase, from coming into process to going out as product. Also in some phases of production several chemicals are included in process to increase standards.

Trash water coming out of process is being regained partially after cleaning by the help of chemicals used in process, while the rest of water is being sent to Organized Industrial Region refining facilities after leaving in precipitation pools for sometime.
